About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to automation services provided by AdminAway. If you and AdminAway sign a written agreement or accept a written scope, that document takes priority where it differs from these terms.
Our services
We design, build and run automations by email, WhatsApp and voice calling, depending on your package:
- Bronze: email automations
- Silver: email and WhatsApp automations
- Gold: email, WhatsApp and voice calling automations
The exact workflows included are set out in the scope we confirm with you before the build starts.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on this website include VAT. You can pay in one of two ways:
- Setup + monthly: a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee.
- One-off: a single payment that covers setup and 36 months.
WhatsApp message and voice call usage fees are not included in these prices and are billed separately. We may change the prices on this website at any time, but a change will not affect a scope we have already confirmed with you unless we both agree.
After 36 months on a one-off package
When the 36 months end, you can renew your package to get an updated automation, or keep running the automation you already have.
Your responsibilities
- Give us the access and information we need, and make sure you are allowed to give it.
- Make sure you have the consent and legal basis you need to message and call your customers, including under POPIA and any marketing rules that apply to you.
- Follow the terms of the third-party services your automations use, including WhatsApp's business policies.
- Check the automations we show you and tell us promptly if something is wrong.
Third-party services
Automations depend on services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, voice providers, CRMs and dealer management systems. If one of them changes, limits or stops its service, an automation may need changes or may stop working. We are not responsible for those services.
Your information and ours
You keep ownership of your data and your customers' data. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates and tools, and you may use the automations we build for you in your business.
Availability and results
We take reasonable care in building and running automations, but we do not promise they will run without interruption or error, or guarantee any level of sales, savings or time saved. Figures from the calculator on this website are estimates based on the numbers you enter.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded, including under South Africa's Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
Ending the service
The notice needed to end a service is set out in your confirmed scope or written agreement. Either of us may end the service immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the breach after being asked to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
